高质量发展背景下,大学生就业面临新的形势。基于大学生就业指导存在的问题,从全员育人——打造“5+1”精准化就业指导师资队伍,全过程育人——设计“1-8”精准化就业指导授课内容,全方位育人——畅通“1+4”多方联动协同育人渠道等三个方面构建精准化大学生就业指导服务体系。

Under the background of high-quality development,the employment of college students is facing a new situation.Based on the problems existing in the employment guidance for college students,a precise system of employment guidance service for college students is constructed from three aspects.whole-stall education:creating the"5+1"precise employment guidance teaching staff,whole-process education:designing the"1-8"precise employment guidance teaching content,and all-round education:opening the"1+4"multi-linkage and cooperative education channels.
