基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的近五年国际医学模拟教育研究热点分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots of International Medical Simulation Education in the Past Five Years Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

目的 了解国际医学模拟教育研究的热点与前沿。方法 利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件,对近五年科学引文数据库Web of Science(WoS)核心合集中相关的2 136篇文献进行国家、研究机构、作者、关键词等文献计量分析。结果 美国是发表论文最多的国家,哈佛医学院是发表论文最多的机构,Konge, Lars是发表论文和被引最多的作者。出现频率最高的十个关键词是:模拟、教育、医学教育、表现、技能、护理、影响、医学生、学生、手术,近五年国际医学模拟教育研究热点主要分布在跨专业教学、急救医学、外科教学、增强现实、临床推理、医学模拟等方面。结论 我国医学模拟教育起步较晚,各级医疗机构需认识到医学模拟在改善医疗质量中的巨大潜力,进一步推动医学模拟教育走向国际化发展道路,让模拟真正转化为临床能力的提高。

Objective To understand the hotspots and forward position of international medical simulation education research.Methods The bibliometrics analysis of countries,research institutions,authors and keywords was conducted on 2136 relevant documents in Web of Science(WoS)core collection in the past five years using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software.Results The United States was the country with the most published papers,Harvard Medical School was the institution with the most published papers,and Konge,Lars was the author with the most published and cited papers,The top ten keywords with the highest frequency of occurrence were:simulation,education,medical education,performance,skills,care,impact,medical students,student,surgery.It was found that the research hotspots of international medical simulation education in the past five years were mainly distributed in the several aspects:inter professional education,emergency medicine,surgical education,augmented reality,clinical reasoning,medical simulation.Conclusion Medical simulation education in China started relatively late,and medical institutions at all levels needed to recognize the enormous potential of medical simulation in improving medical quality,further promoting the internationalization of medical simulation education,and truly transforming simulation into the improvement of clinical capabilities.
