CBL-OSCE教学模式在微生物检验进修生带教中的应用探讨

摘要 微生物检验在公共卫生健康事业发展尤其是感染控制领域工作中担负着重要使命,通过加大微生物检验进修生培养力度,提高培养效果来扩充高素质人才是行业发展的必然要求。目前进修生带教缺乏参照标准,考核评价体系尚未建立,探索和研究与学科属性相匹配的进修生教学模式势在必行。在推进继续医学教育创新发展的指导思想下,本文对微生物检验进修生带教现状进行全面分析,探讨案例教学法(case-based learning, CBL)和客观结构化考试(objective structured clinical examination, OSCE)在微生物检验进修生带教和考核中的适用性,阐述将二者联合构建CBL-OSCE教学模式的可行性和实施方案,提出模式优化管理思路,强调模式的灵活应用、教师队伍培训和思政人文融合,保障教学模式顺利推进,为微生物检验人员综合能力提升和学科建设发展提供理论参考。 Clinical microbiology laboratory science plays an important role in the development of public health,especially in the field of infection control.It is an inevitable requirement for the industry to expand high-quality talents by increasing the training of trainees and improving the training effectiveness.At present,there is lack of reference standards for the teaching of advanced training students.Assessment and evaluation system has not been established.It is imperative to explore and research teaching models that match the subject attributes for advanced training students.Under the guiding ideology of promoting the innovative development of continuing medical education,the article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of teaching for advanced training students,explores the applicability of case-based learning(CBL)and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in teaching and assessment,and elaborates on the implementation plan for constructing CBL-OSCE teaching model to propose ideas for optimizing management.At the same time,it emphasizes the importance of flexible application of teaching modes,teacher training,integration of ideological,political,and humanistic aspects to ensure the smooth progress of teaching modes,so as to providing theoretical reference for the improvement of personal comprehensive abilities and development of subject construction.
