基于雨课堂与SPOC的内科学课程思政教学实践与反思

摘要 内科学是临床医学的一门重要学科,在培养医学生的临床思维、医学人文素养等多方面凸显重要作用。当前,中国相当一部分医学院校的课程思政实施效果不理想,究其原因,与部分医学专业教学仍以传统灌输式授课为主,课堂氛围沉闷枯燥,学生学习积极性不高,不利于提升医学生的临床思维能力、创新能力、医学人文素质。新时期,教师充分利用雨课堂、SPOC等现代化教育技术开展医学专业课程思政教学,是构建多元化、多渠道的思政育人环境,培养医术高超、德才兼备的卓越医学人才的有效途径。因此,本研究在充分分析当前医学专业课程思政及传统医学教育模式现存问题的基础上,利用雨课堂与SPOC开展内科学课程思政混合式教学实践,获得了良好的教学育人效果,为医学专业课程思政的智慧教学实施与育人路径提供了有益参考。 Internal medicine is one of the most important clinical medicine courses,which plays a vital role in cultivating medical students clinical thinking and medical humanistic quality.At present,the implementation effects of ideological and political education of quite a few medical colleges are not ideal.The reasons may be related to some situations such as the usage of traditional teacher-centered knowledge-feeding pattern,boring classroom atmospheres and inactive learning enthusiasms of students.All the above factors are not good for developments of medical students including clinical thinking ability,innovation ability and medical humanistic quality.To solve these problems,teachers should make full use of modern educational technologies such as Rain Classroom and SPOC to carry out ideological and political education,with the purpose of building a diversified and multi-channel ideological and political education environment and cultivating outstanding medical talents with both ability and virtue.On basis of sufficient analyses of current problems of ideological and political education in medical courses and the situations of traditional medical education pattern,this study carried out a teaching practice of ideological and political education in internal medicine course by using Rain Classroom and SPOC,and achieved good teaching and educating results.It might provide a favourable reference for the implementation of intelligent teaching pattern of ideological and political education in medical courses and the cultivation of outstanding medical talents with both ability and virtue.
