摘要
为了实现更准确的水利信息化水平测度,基于水利事业发展目标与水利信息化现状,提出新的水利信息化水平测度指标体系。采用多层次分析法与熵权法,确定指标权值,构建测度模型。结果表明,在对5个一级指标的测度实验中,研究模型的相对误差均低于传统模型,并且传统模型的平均相对误差为10.45%,而研究模型的平均相对误差为2.89%。实验结果验证了研究的有效性,可为水利事业信息化发展提供重要的参考。
In order to achieve a more accurate measurement of the level of water conservancy informatization,a new indicator system for measuring the level of water conservancy informatization was proposed based on the development goals of water conservancy industry and the current situation of water conservancy informatization.The research mainly used multi-level analysis and entropy weight method to determine the indicator weights,and based on this,a measurement model was constructed.In the measurement experiment of five primary indicators,the relative error of the research model was lower than that of the traditional model,and the average relative error of the traditional model was 10.45%,while the average relative error of the research model was 2.89%.The experimental results validate the effectiveness of the research and provide important reference for the informationization development of water conservancy industry.
