介入器械治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展

Device-Based Interventional Strategies for Chronic Heart Failure

慢性心力衰竭介入治疗领域近来涌现出多种新型介入手段,分别作用于心力衰竭的各个病理途径。目前已经开展了大量与之相关的临床前和临床研究。现有的临床研究证据已经证明了多种介入器械对慢性心力衰竭患者在生活质量和运动能力方面的改善,但较少有证据证明心力衰竭介入器械在住院率和死亡率方面的改善。现总结慢性心力衰竭治疗领域介入器械的研究进展,主要包括辅助心脏自身收缩能力的设备、减少心脏做功负荷的器械和间接调节心脏的装置。

In the field of chronic heart failure intervention,a variety of novel approaches have emerged,targeting different pathological pathways of heart failure.A substantial body of preclinical and clinical research has been undertaken in this context.Existing clinical research evidence has demonstrated the improvement in quality of life and exercise capacity in chronic heart failure patients with various interventional devices.However,there is limited evidence to suggest improvements in hospitalization rates and mortality.This review provides a comprehensive overview of recent advances in interventional devices for the treatment of chronic heart failure.These devices primarily include those that assist the heart’s intrinsic contractile capacity,reduce cardiac workload,and indirectly modulate cardiac function.
