泛血管动脉粥样硬化性疾病的研究进展

Panvascular Atherosclerotic Disease

泛血管疾病是指两个及两个以上主要区域的血管床同时存在临床相关的动脉粥样硬化性病变。泛血管系统的病变及其严重性存在一定的相关性,且泛血管疾病与心血管疾病事件密切相关,受累及的血管床区域越多,患者发生不良事件的风险越高。现对近年来泛血管动脉粥样硬化性疾病的相关研究进展进行系统的综述。

Panvascular disease is defined as the simultaneous presence of clinically relevant atherosclerotic lesions in at least two major areas of the vascular bed.Correlations of the disease and its severity exist in panvascular system,and panvascular disease is strongly associated with cardiovascular events,with the more areas of the vascular bed involved,the higher the risk of adverse events for patients.This article now systematically reviews the recent advances in panvascular atherosclerotic disease.
