摘要
在经济全球化背景下,随着中西方文化交流的深入,我国的饮食呈现出相互交融的发展趋势。由于中菜和西餐在用料、调味、烹饪等方面存在较大差异,可借鉴西餐的烹饪方法、调味技术,融合中式菜系自身存在的特点,打造创新型的中式菜品,促进我国饮食文化的传播,满足多样化的饮食需求,使中餐烹饪更具有特色和创意。
Under the background of economic globalization,with the deepening of cultural exchanges between China and West,China’s diet has shown a trend of mutual integration.Due to the significant differences in ingredients,seasoning,and cooking between Chinese and Western cuisine,it is possible to learn from the cooking methods and techniques of Western cuisine,integrate the inherent characteristics of Chinese cuisine,create innovative Chinese dishes,promote the dissemination of Chinese cuisine culture,meet diverse dietary needs,and make Chinese cuisine more distinctive and creative.
