摘要
乳铁蛋白具有多种特性,对婴幼儿的生长发育具有不可或缺的作用。作为哺乳动物幼儿早期的主要食物来源,母乳中广泛存在着乳铁蛋白。对于没有母乳喂养而主要营养来源为奶粉的婴幼儿,为保障其营养摄入,婴幼儿配方乳粉中普遍添加乳铁蛋白作为营养强化剂。目前,添加乳铁蛋白的婴幼儿配方奶粉在我国非常受欢迎,发展前景广阔。本文介绍了乳铁蛋白的结构及作用,并对乳铁蛋白在婴幼儿发育中所起的作用进行综述。
Lactoferrin has a variety of properties,and it has an indispensable role in the growth of infants and young children.As the main food source of infants,lactoferrin is widely present in breast milk.For infants who are not breastfed,their main source of nutrition is milk,in order to get enough nutrition,lactoferrin is added to infant formula to strengthen the nutrition as a nutritional enhancer.At present,infant formula with lactoferrin is very popular in China and it has broad development prospects.This article introduces the structure and function of lactoferrin,and reviews the role of lactoferrin in the development of infants and young children.
