玉竹复合饮料中总多糖和总黄酮含量的测定

Determination of Total Polysaccharides and Flavonoids in Yuzhu Composite Beverage

采用紫外可见光分光光度法,建立玉竹复合饮料中总多糖和总黄酮的测定方法,并对其进行含量测定。结果表明,总多糖和总黄酮的线性范围分别为4.6~23.0μg·mL^(-1)(R^(2)=0.999 6)和17.9~89.3μg·mL^(-1)(R^(2)=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.91%~100.16%和99.79%~101.25%,RSD分别为0.09%~0.21%和0.62%~0.98%;玉竹复合饮料中总多糖和总黄酮含量分别为14.00 mg·g^(-1)和0.38 mg·g^(-1)。该方法简便、可行性好,可为玉竹复合饮料中总多糖和总黄酮的定量测定提供依据。

A method for the determination of total polysaccharides and total flavonoids in Yuzhu composite beverage was established using UV visible spectrophotometry,and their content was determined.The results showed that the linear range of total polysaccharides and total flavonoids was 4.6~23.0μg·mL^(-1)(R^(2)=0.9996)and 17.9~89.3μg·mL^(-1)(R^(2)=0.9999),with an average recovery rate of 99.91%to 100.16%and 99.79%to 101.25%,RSD of 0.09%~0.21%and 0.62%~0.98%,respectively;the total polysaccharide and total flavonoid contents in the Yuzhu composite beverage are 14.00 mg·g^(-1) and 0.38 mg·g^(-1),respectively.This method is simple and feasible,and can provide a basis for the quantitative determination of total polysaccharides and total flavonoids in jade bamboo composite beverages.
