施肥对椤木石楠幼苗生长及生理指标的影响

摘要 为揭示不同施肥处理对椤木石楠幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,探索椤木石楠苗期培育的最佳施肥方法,以椤木石楠一年生幼苗为试验材料,通过设置4种施肥处理,即T1(40%标优美有机肥)、T2(50%沃尔有机肥)、T3(50%标优美有机肥+尿素)、T4(50%沃尔有机肥+尿素+磷酸二氢钾),以不施肥为对照(CK),研究了不同施肥处理条件下椤木石楠幼苗生长和生理指标的变化。结果表明:T1处理下幼苗的株高、冠幅、地径和高径比与对照差异不显著,T2、T3、T4处理显著高于CK;施肥对幼苗主根长的影响不明显,而侧根数明显增多;施肥对椤木石楠幼苗的地上部分干质量和总干质量均有显著影响,T3、T4处理间差异不显著,但均显著高于T1、T2和CK;T3、T4处理下叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素(a+b)均明显大于CK,但类胡萝卜素含量变化不显著;T3处理下椤木石楠幼苗中的可溶性糖的含量明显增大,可溶性蛋白含量取得最高值。复合施肥可显著提高椤木石楠的苗木质量,并以T3、T4处理下苗木的生长质量最佳。 To reveal the effect of different fertilization treatmentson growth and physiological characteristics of Photinia davidsoniae seedlings,explore the best fertilization methodat seedling stage,by setting up 4 kinds of fertilization treatments,namely T1(40%standard Biom fertilizer),T2(50%Volme organic fertilizer),T3(50%Biom organicfertilizer+urea),T4(50%Volmeorganic fertilizer+urea+potassium dihydrogen phosphate),no fertilization as control(CK),studied variation of the growth and physiological of P.davidsoniae seedlings under different fertilization treatments.The results showed that height,crown amplitude,ground diameter and high diameter ratio under T1 were not significantly different from CK,but that of T2,T3 and T4 treatment were significantly higher that.The effect of fertilization on the primary root growth of seedlings was not obvious,and the number of lateral roots increased significantly.Fertilization had a significant effect on both overground and total dry weight,there were not significant differences between the T3 and T4,However,they were significantly higher than that of T1,T2 and CK.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll(a+b)under T3 and T4 were significantly larger than CK,however,the carotenoid content did not change significantly.Under T3 the content of soluble sugars of seedlings increased significantly,the soluble protein contenttwas the highest.Compound fertilization can significantly improve the quality of the seedlings,and help to cultivate the best seedlings under T3 and T4.
