晋中市肉牛产业竞争性分析

Competitive Analysis of Beef Cattle Industry in Jinzhong City

在农业强国背景之下,肉牛产业高质量发展需要实现产业合理布局。通过整合相关统计数据和实地调研数据,运用比较优势法和典型案例分析法对晋中市肉牛产业竞争性进行分析,并研究了和顺县肉牛产业的突出问题。结果表明:晋中市肉牛产业比较优势明显,其中祁县、和顺县和平遥县是肉牛产业优势区,左权县和榆社县具有相对比较优势,并通过相关性分析,验证了运算可信度。和顺县肉牛产业发展势头较好,但存在组织化程度不高、品牌效应不强、产业链短等问题。笔者建议祁县、和顺县和平遥县稳定现有养殖规模,着眼于肉牛全产业链,提高各个产业链环节的综合经济效益;左权县和榆社县要保持肉牛产业适度规模经营;榆次区、昔阳县、太谷区肉牛产业要因地制宜适度扩大规模。

Under the background of strong agricultural country,the high-quality development of beef cattle industry needs to realize rational industrial layout.By integrating relevant statistical data and field research data,the competitive analysis of the beef cattle industry in Jinzhong city was conducted using comparative advantage method and typical case analysis method,and studied the prominent problems of the beef cattle industry in Heshun county.The results showed that Jinzhong city had obvious comparative advantages in the beef cattle industry,with Qi county,Heshun county,and Pingyao county being advantageous areas for this industry,and the correlation analysis proved the reliability of the calculation.Heshun county had good momentum in the development of its beef cattle industry but faced problems such as low level of organization,weak brand effect,and short industrial chain.It is recommended that Qi county,Heshun county,and Pingyao county stabilize their existing breeding scale while focusing on the entire beef cattle industrial chain to improve comprehensive economic benefits at each link of the value chain;Zuoquan county and Yushe county should maintain moderate-scale operation in their beef cattle industries;Yuci district,Xiyang country,and Taigu district should appropriately expanded their scale based on local conditions for their beef cattle industries.
