摘要
水应激蛋白产生于地皮菜,位于细胞外基质中,可经分离纯化、诱导表达后获取,具有抗干旱、抗辐射和抗肿瘤等生物特性。综述了其在植物体内的合成过程、理化结构、制备过程以及生物学功能,以期优化水应激蛋白的提取工艺,并为植物抗旱抗辐射的研究和抗肿瘤生物制剂的研发提供理论依据。
Water stress protein,which is produced by N.commune vauch and located in the e12:522024-01-31racellular matrix,can be obtained through isolation and purification,induction and expression.Water stress protein has demonstrated multiple biological properties,such as drought resistance,radiation resistance,and antitumor activity.Herein,we summarized its synthesis process in plants,physicochemical structure,preparation process and biological function,hoping to offer guidance for the optimization of its extraction process.In addition,this review provided a scientific basis for the related research,including the plant drought/radiation resistance and anti-tumor biological agents.
