新形势下加强体育类专业研究生思想政治教育工作的思考

Thoughts on Strengthening Ideological and Political Education of Postgraduate Majoring in Physical Education under the New Situation

针对体育类研究生的特点,在新形势下加强体育类研究生的思想政治教育工作,引导他们树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,立德树人,值得深入思考和探究。该文采用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法、案例分析法梳理当前体育类专业研究生思想政治教育工作存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决对策。研究表明,当前体育类专业研究生思想政治教育存在的问题主要包括思想政治教育重视程度不够,工作体制机制不健全,思想政治教育队伍建设力度不够,工作载体需要与时俱进等。研究建议,通过重视党团组织建设,完善研究生思想政治教育工作架构;坚持立德树人,形成多方合力;搭建“线上线下”教育平台,培养学生创新创业意识;加强心理辅导,提高心理素质等措施加强体育类专业研究生思想政治教育工作。

According to the characteristics of postgraduates majoring in sports,how to strengthen their ideological and political education under the new situation,guide them to establish a correct worldview,outlook on life and values,and foster their character and civic virtue,is worthy of deep thinking and exploration.This paper uses the method of literature review,logical induction and case analysis to sort out the existing problems in ideological and political education of postgraduates majoring in physical education,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The research shows that the current problems mainly include insufficient attention to ideological and political education,imperfect working system and mechanism,insufficient efforts to build ideological and political education teams,and the carrier of work needs to keep pace with the times.The research suggests that the structure of ideological and political education for graduate students should be improved by attaching importance to the construction of Party and League organizations;adhere to moral education and cultivate people to form a multi-party force;Build an"online and offline"education platform to cultivate students'awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship;strengthen psychological counseling,improve psychological quality to strengthen the ideological and political education of the postgraduates.
