摘要
采空区遗煤自燃是煤炭井工开采过程中最主要的灾害之一。以王家山煤矿大倾角中二402工作面为研究对象,通过对现场采空区内氧气浓度观测,并结合数值模拟结果进行验证,确定了采空区煤自燃“三带”范围,从而保证正常回采。研究结果表明,随着工作面的持续推进,采空区内O2浓度初期缓慢下降,后期快速下降;综合现场观测与模拟结果,确定采空区自燃危险区域为:进风侧55~72 m,中部45~68 m,回风侧20~50 m,并以此确定工作面的最小安全推进速度为0.44 m/d。研究结果对于此类型工作面的开采以及危险区域的防治有指导意义。
Spontaneous combustion of coal remains in goaf is one of the most important hazards in coal mining process.Taking Zhong'er 402 working face of Wangjiashan Coal Mine with high inclination angle as the research object,the"three zones"of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf were determined by observing the O 2 concentration in the goaf on-site and verifying it with numerical simulation results,thereby ensuring normal coal winning.Based on the comprehensive on-site observation and simulation results,the risk area of spontaneous combustion in the goaf was determined to be 55~72 m on the intake side,45~68 m in the middle,and 20~50 m on the return side.Based on this,the minimum safe pushing speed of the working face was determined to be 0.44 m/d.The research results have guiding significance for the mining of this type of working face and the prevention and control of hazardous areas.
