告成矿23041采空区煤自燃与瓦斯爆炸危险区域分布规律研究

摘要 为了得到采空区煤自燃和瓦斯爆炸性分布规律,选取穿层钻孔作为测点对告成矿23041采空区进行气体观测试验,利用观测数据和Matlab绘制了采空区O_(2)、N_(2)、CO_(2)、CH_(4)浓度的立体分布和等值线,分析得到了采空区内部气体的变化规律及影响因素;基于采空区多组分气体爆炸性计算方法,结合观测数据和Matlab计算绘制了采空区内部瓦斯爆炸性立体分布和8个测点爆炸区域分布图,分析了采空区内部瓦斯爆炸性分布规律,确定了8个测点爆炸区域可燃气体浓度为9%~25%;根据采空区煤自燃和瓦斯爆炸区域分布,将采空区分为5个区域,给出了5个区域的分布范围,叠加煤自燃和瓦斯爆炸区域得到了采空区危险区域的范围,计算工作面安全回采速度为0.59 m/d,确保了工作面安全高效生产。 In order to obtain the distribution law of coal spontaneous combustion and gas explosiveness in goaf,cross-layer holes were selected as measuring points and gas observation test was carried out in No.23041 goaf of Gaocheng Coal Mine.Stereo distribution and contour lines of O_(2),N_(2),CO_(2) and CH_(4) concentration in goaf were drawn by using the observation data and Matlab.Variation law and influencing factor of gas in goaf were analyzed and obtained.Calculation method of multicomponent gas explosiveness in goaf was established.Gas explosiveness stereo distribution in goaf and explosion area of 8 measuring points were drawn based on the observation data and Matlab calculation.Distribution law of gas explosiveness in goaf was analyzed.Combustible gas concentration in explosion area of 8 measuring points were determined to be 9%~25%.According to the distribution of coal spontaneous combustion and gas explosion area in goaf,the goaf was divided into five areas and distribution range of five areas was given.The range of dangerous area in goaf was obtained by superimposing coal spontaneous combustion and gas explosion area.Safety mining speed of working face was calculated to be 0.59 m/d,which ensures the safe and efficient production of working face.
