地面定向顺层钻孔注浆改造技术在新桥煤矿水害治理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决井下水害治理工程实施期间存在钻孔出水量大、水压高、单孔出水次数多和注浆量大、施工工期长等安全技术问题,新桥煤矿在21106工作面实施地面定向顺层钻孔及注浆改造技术治理高承压太原组灰岩含水层,选取L_(10)灰岩含水层作为治理目标层位,通过对钻孔方案、钻孔结构、施工流程等方面的优化设计,以实现精准顺层定向钻进,确保能够充分揭露灰岩岩溶裂隙和导水通道;对注浆工艺、注浆参数、注浆压力设计进行研究,实现灰岩含水层的4个阶段注浆,确保注浆改造效果;设计了掘进工作面、回采工作面验证标准,确保治理效果达标。引进地面定向顺层钻孔注浆改造技术,施工工期较井下可节约7~9个月,解决了水害治理接替严重脱节的问题,同时大采长工作面节省中间巷施工,为新桥煤矿后续安全高效实施地面区域水害治理工程提供了借鉴。 In order to solve safety technical problems such as high drilling water output,high water pressure,multiple times of single hole water output,large grouting amount,and long construction period during the implementation of underground water hazard control engineering,Xinqiao Coal Mine implemented ground directional bedding drilling and grouting transformation technology in No.21106 working face to control the high pressure Taiyuan Formation limestone aquifer.L_(10) limestone aquifer was selected as the control target layer.By optimizing the drilling plan,drilling structure,construction process,and other aspects,precise directional drilling along the layer can be achieved to ensure full exposure of karst fractures and water channels in limestone.Grouting technology,grouting parameters,and grouting pressure design were conducted to achieve four stages of grouting in the limestone aquifer,ensuring the effectiveness of grouting transformation.We have designed verification standards for excavation and mining faces to ensure that the governance effect meets the standards.The introduction of ground directional bedding drilling and grouting transformation technology can save 7 to 9 months of construction time compared to underground,solving the problem of serious disconnection in water hazard management and providing certain reference significance for the safe and efficient implementation of ground area water hazard management engineering in Xinqiao Coal Mine.
