基于ADAMS的水力冲孔煤水分离筛设计分析

摘要 底抽巷水力冲孔排出煤水混合物的快速固液分离是实现煤水混合物不落地处理系统高效连续运行的重要环节,对振动式煤水分离筛进行了设计,并对其运动学及动力学特性进行分析。利用ADAMS软件建立煤水分离筛的虚拟样机,根据其动力学参数拟合出筛箱的运动轨迹,得出煤渣在煤水分离筛筛分过程中的运动形式,计算出煤水分离筛的振动强度K=7.69,满足相关设计规范的要求。现场应用结果表明,利用设计的振动式煤水分离筛对水力冲孔排出煤水混合物进行筛分后的煤粒样本含水率约为28%,取得了良好的水力冲孔煤水混合物的固液分离效果。 The rapid solid-liquid separation of coal-water mixture discharged through hydraulic punching in the bottom extraction roadway is an important link in achieving efficient and continuous operation of the coal-water mixture non-landing treatment system.A vibrating coal-water separation screen was designed and its kinematic and dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The virtual prototype of coal-water separation screen was established using ADAMS software.The motion trajectory of the screen box was fitted based on the dynamic parameters.The motion form of coal cinder during the screening process of the coal-water separation screen was obtained.The vibration strength of the coal-water separation screen was calculated to be 7.69,which met the requirements of the relevant design specifications.The on-site application results show that the moisture content of the coal particle sample after screening the coal water mixture discharged by hydraulic punching using the designed vibrating coal water separation screen is about 28%,achieving good solid-liquid separation effect of the coal water mixture discharged by hydraulic punching.
