党内监督视角下构建新时代高质量政商关系的价值与路径

The Value and Path to Establishing High-quality Government-Business Relationship from the Perspective of Intra-Party Supervision

构建新时代高质量亲清政商关系从“政”的角度来讲,离不开踏实落实全面从严治党。通过全面从严治党明确党员领导干部在亲清政商关系构建过程中的作用,时刻遵守法规道德和履行相应职责。党内监督成为党员领导干部在亲清政商关系构建中保持先进性、纯洁性、革命性的重要保障。从党内外六个维度对党员领导干部进行监督,建立起立体监督网络,才能有力保证党员领导干部遵纪守法、涵养品行,民营企业健康发展,构建起新时代高质量亲清政商关系。

From the perspective of government,the construction of high-quality cordial and clean government-business relations in the new era cannot be separated from the solid implementation of full and strict governance over the Party.The all-out effort to enforcestrict partydisciplineensures that the role of party members and leading officials is clarified,morality and the rule of law are abided by,andcorresponding duties and responsibilities are fulfilled in the process of building cordial and clean government-business relations.Meanwhile,intra-Party supervision serves as an important guarantee for party members and leading officials to maintain their integrity,advanced nature and self-reformingspirit in the construction of cordial and clean government-business relations.Six dimensions,bothintra-Party and inter-Party,are suggested in this article to establish a comprehensive and effective network for the supervision of party members and leading officials,so as to enforce strictobservationof laws anddisciplines,and cultivation of good conducts fromparty members and leading officials,as well as to ensure the healthy development of private enterprises,and the constructionof high-quality cordial and clean government-business relations in the new era.
