地方高校马克思主义理论学科建设现状及一流学科建设机制探究

Research on the Current Situation of Marxist Theory Discipline in Local Universities and the Construction Mechanism of First-Class Disciplines

建设马克思主义理论一流学科是马克思主义理论自身发展的需要,更是巩固社会主义意识形态、促进党和国家事业发展的战略需要。当前,地方高校马克思主义理论学科建设取得了可喜成绩,但也存在学科建设缺乏整体性、创新性学术成果匮乏、教学与科研失衡、人才培养质量有待提升的问题。建设马克思主义理论一流学科,要从规范学科建设考核机制、完善学术交流帮扶机制、创新教师队伍发展机制、改进专业人才培养机制上下功夫,实现马克思主义理论学科跨越式发展。

Building the first-class Marxist theory discipline is not only the need of the development ofitself,but also the strategic need of consolidating socialist ideology and promoting the development of the party and the country.At present,although Marxist theory discipline has made gratifying achievements in local universities,there are still some problems to be improved such as lack of integrity,lack of innovative academic achievements,imbalance between teaching and scientific research,and the quality of personnel training.To build the first-class Marxist theory discipline,we should make great efforts in the following aspects.We should standardize the assessment mechanism of discipline,strengthen the academic exchange and support mechanism,innovate the development mechanism of teachers,and improve the training mechanism of professional talents,so as to realize the leap-forward development of Marxist theory discipline.
