摘要
智能化时代高校教师亟需培养教师的数智素养,从而有效地进行个性化教学。根据智能时代教育的技术特点、空间特征、智能特性三个维度,教师应涵养知识技能、情感态度和伦理关怀等数智素养能力。教育部门应注重从智能虚拟的情境预演、智能情境的实施以及智能数据的情境回顾等方面培育教师,将数智素养贯穿整个教学过程,不断促进教师教学发展和学生个性化成长。
The intelligent era witnesses that there is an urgent need for university teachers to cultivate their digital intelligence literacy,to carry out personalized teaching effectively.In terms of the three dimensions of technical,spatial and intelligent characteristics of education in the intelligent era,teachers should cultivate the ability of digital intelligence literacy,such as knowledge and skills,emotional attitude and ethical care.The education department should pay much attention to cultivate teachers from the aspects of intelligent virtual situational rehearsal,the implementation of intelligent situational rehearsal and the situational review of intelligent data,to run through the whole teaching process and constantly promote the development of teachers’teaching and the personalized growth of students.
