马克思劳动思想融入高校思政课教学路径探析

Exploration of the Teaching Path of Marx’s Labor Ideology into College Ideological and Political Courses

马克思劳动思想强调劳动是人类生存和发展的基础,是社会进步和发展的动力。在高校思政课教学中,应确立马克思劳动思想融入高校思政课的原则,应该引导学生认识到劳动的价值,建立马克思主义劳动观、了解劳苦大众的奋斗史、树立正确的劳动观念和劳动态度,同时,注重培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,提高他们的劳动素养和综合能力,为未来的职业发展和个人成长打下坚实的基础。

Marx’s labor thought emphasizes that labor is the basis of human survival and development,and is the driving force of social progress and development.In the college ideological and political courses,the principle of integrating Marx’s labor thought should be established,students should be guided to realize the importance and value of labor,establish a Marxist view of labor,understand the history of the struggle of the toiling masses,and set up a correct concept of labor and attitude towards labor.At the same time,attention should be paid to cultivating students’practical ability and innovative spirit,improving their labor quality and comprehensive ability,and laying a solid foundation for their future career development and personal growth.Based on this,this paper analyzes the marxist labor thought into the principle of ideological and political education,further studied the marxist labor thought into the ideological and political education strategy in colleges and universities,in which proposed to set up the correct labor attitude,establish marxist labor,understand the struggle of the masses,build a new era of marxist labor concept,in order to help students to better adapt to the needs of social development,make positive contribution to the development of individuals and society.
