养血祛风汤联合奥洛他定片治疗血虚风热型慢性荨麻疹疗效及对免疫因子水平的影响

Effect of Yangxue Qufeng Decoction combined with Olopatadine tablets on chronic urticaria of wind⁃heat type caused by blood deficiency and the level of immune factors

目的:探究养血祛风汤联合奥洛他定片治疗血虚风热型慢性荨麻疹疗效及对免疫因子水平的影响。方法:选取我院2021年8月至2022年2月纳入的80例慢性荨麻患者,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各40,其中对照组服用奥洛他定片治疗,观察组在对照组服用奥洛他定片基础上服用养血祛风汤治疗,两组疗程均为8周。分别于治疗前及治疗4周、8周后评估两组患者的活动性评分(UAS)、免疫因子水平、临床疗效和复发率。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗4周、8周后对照组UAS均高于观察组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,观察组血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)降低幅度显著低于对照组,血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平升高幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周和8周后治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后随访,对照组复发率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:养血祛风汤联合奥洛他定片治疗血虚风热型慢性荨麻可显著提升治疗效率,降低免疫因子水平,改善患者临床症状,降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Yangxue Qufeng Decoction combined with Olotadine tablet in the treatment of chronic urticaria of wind-heat type caused by blood deficiency and its influence on the level of immune factors.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic urticaria enrolled in our hospital from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,40 in each group according to the drawing method.The control group was treated with olopatadine tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yangxue Qufeng Decoction on the basis of olopatadine tablets.The course of treatment for both groups was 8 weeks.Activity score(UAS),immune factor levels,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were evaluated before treatment and after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,respectively.Results:Compared with before treatment,UAS in control group was higher than that in observation group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the decrease in serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and serum interferon was also observed-γ(IFN)-γ)The level increase was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Follow up after one month of treatment showed that the recurrence rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:YangXuefqufeng Decoction combined with olopatadine tablets can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment,reduce the level of immune factors,improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of patients with wind-heat chronic urticaria.
