摘要
目的通过临床访谈、声学评估及尝试性刺激治疗手法,从量化和质性角度探讨1位青春期假声个案的临床嗓音治疗介入成效。方法嗓音治疗介入包含嗓音评估、嗓音治疗及追踪各1次,为期3周。首次评估后给予个案尝试性刺激治疗手法降低音高,辅以视觉及听觉反馈方式,强化个案对喉部的控制能力。治疗前后分别对患者进行嗓音听知觉评估、声学评估及问卷评估。结果个案接受评估治疗后,嗓音快速恢复至正常音高,因嗓音异常导致的心理压力也明显缓解。结论嗓音治疗能快速、有效地矫治青春期假声,帮助个案摆脱嗓音异常带来的心理阴影,重拾正常人际关系互动。
Objective To investigate the quantitative and qualitative effects of voice therapy in one adolescent with purberphonia through clinical interview,acoustic evaluation and voice facilitating techniques.Methods The treatment encompassed an initial voice assessment,a voice therapy session,and a follow-up appointment,spanning a total of three weeks.Voice facilitating techniques were employed to lower the pitch,and then supplemented by visual and auditory feedback methods to strengthen the patient's control of the larynx.Auditory perception assessments,acoustic analyses,and patient self-reports were conducted before and after the treatment.Results The results indicate a restoration of the patient's voice to a normal range and a reduction in psychological stress following the therapy.Conclusion This case report once again underscores the significance of voice therapy for adolescents with puberphonia,as it addresses not only pitch-related issues but also assists in reestablishing normal interpersonal relationships.
