助听技术对听配能的影响研究进展

Research Progress in the Effect of Hearing Aid Technologies on Listening Effort

听配能(listening effort)是认知听力学的研究热点,也是听力康复的重要概念。助听技术的应用是听力康复的重要环节,因此在对助听技术进行效果验证时,越来越多的研究将目光转向其对听配能的影响。本文从助听放大、降噪、方向性麦克风、远程麦克风附件等方面综述相关研究。

Listening effort is a hot topic in cognitive audiology and an essential concept in hearing rehabilitation.The application of hearing aid technologies is a crucial part of hearing rehabilitation.Therefore,when verifying the effectiveness of hearing aid technologies,more and more studies have focused on listening effort.In this paper,we summarized the recent research that associated listening effort with hearing technologies,mainly from hearing aid amplification,noise reduction,directional microphones,remote microphones,and other aspects.
