历史主动视野中的中国式现代化话语体系构建

Discourse System Construction of the Chinese Path to Modernization from the Perspective of Historical Initiative

历史主动精神是中国式现代化话语体系构建的精神支持,不仅为其提供了内生动力、塑造了良好的历史语境,而且增强了话语体系的文化根基,并为其储蓄了丰富的话语内容。当前,中国式现代化话语体系构建面临诸多困境,理论创新滞后、共性与个性关系协调的国际环境不利、话语议题设置能力不足、实践成果的话语自主转化能力欠缺是话语体系构建的主要难题。因此,以历史主动精神为切入点,在中国式现代化话语体系构建中要坚持独立自主以实现话语理论创新与突破,坚持中国特色以凝练传承中华优秀文化的中国话语,把握历史规律以提升话语体系构建的广度和深度,掌握话语议题设置主动权以塑造良好的话语传播国际环境,从而实现中国式现代化话语体系“根植本土、放眼世界”的使命担当。

The spirit of historical initiative is the spiritual support for the discourse system construction of the Chinese path to modernization,which not only provides the endogenous force to create a decent historical context,but also enhances the cultural foundation of the discourse system to save a wealth of discourse content for it.At present,the discourse system construction of the Chinese path to modernization is faced with many dilemmas,including lagging theoretical innovation,uncoordinated relations between commonality and individuality in the international environment,inadequate ability to set discourse topics,and incompetent automatic discourse transformation of practical results.Therefore,the historical initiative should be taken as a starting point.In the discourse system construction of the Chinese path to modernization we should adhere to independence to achieve innovation and breakthrough of discourse theory,maintain Chinese characteristics to concise Chinese discourse that inherits the excellent Chinese culture,grasp the historical law to enhance the breadth and depth of the discourse system construction,and take the initiative of discourse topic setting to create a good international environment for the communication of China’s voice,so as to fulfill the mission responsibility of rooting the discourse system of the Chinese path to modernization in the local area and having the whole world in view.
