摘要
沙棘富含多种生物活性成分,具有药食同源特性,其果实、种子、果皮、枝叶均可被加工利用。综述了沙棘果的营养保健价值、产品形式和加工流程,分析了近年来沙棘果产业的主要问题,并提出一些建议,旨在为沙棘果相关食品产业化发展提供参考依据。
As a kind of medicinal and edible plant,seabuckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides L.)is rich in many bioactive ingredients and medicinal.Its fruits,seeds,peels,branches and leaves all can be processed.This paper summarized the nutritional and health value,product form and production process of seabuckthorn berries.Some questions of sea⁃buckthorn berries industry in recent years were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward.The aim is to provide reference for the food industrial development of seabuckthorn berries.
