摘要
山西焦煤正兴煤业矿井开拓大巷由于埋深大复合顶板受相邻采取扰动影响较大,前期采用传统的锚网索喷支护方式控制顶板形变效果不理想。针对此情况,在采掘扰动顶板的普适变形机理基础上,针对该矿开拓大巷实际情况,提出了先释后控、抗剪阻胀、注浆重构改性的控制思路,结合新型超高强抗弯剪注浆锚索、纳米改性新型高性能水泥基注浆材料、锚注信息化精准施工等围岩控制新材料、新技术,现场实践效果良好。
Due to the large burial depth,composite roof,and significant disturbance caused by adjacent measures,the development of the main roadway in the Zhengxing Coal Mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Mine has not achieved ideal results in controlling roof deformation using traditional anchor mesh cable spray support in the early stage of mining.In view of this situation,Based on the universal deformation mechanism of disturbed roof,according to the actual situation of the mine's roadway development,the control ideas of first releasing and then controlling,shear resistance and swelling resistance,and grouting reconstruction and modification were put forward.Combined with new materials and technologies for surrounding rock control such as new ultra-high strength anti-bending shear grouting anchor cable,nano-modified new high-performance cement-based grouting material,and bolt-grouting information precision construction,the field practice effect was good.
