选煤厂煤仓瓦斯控制系统的研究

摘要 针对选煤厂煤仓局部瓦斯超限问题,对煤仓内的气体的分布与排放路径进行了研究,对仓内通风结构进行了优化,确定了重点区域自然通风与强制通风相结合的方式,并构建了基于PLC的瓦斯控制系统。系统改造后瓦斯浓度基本控制在0.2%以内,同时降低了设备能耗和维护成本,确保了选煤厂安全稳定的运行。 Aiming at the local gas overrun problem in coal preparation plant,the gas distribution and emission path in coal storage are studied,the ventilation structure in coal storage is optimized,the combination of natural ventilation and forced ventilation in key areas is determined,and the gas control system based on PLC is built.After the system transformation,the gas concentration is basically controlled within 0.2%,and the energy consumption and maintenance cost of the equipment are reduced,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the coal preparation plant.
