机器学习在中药提取工序中的应用

摘要 提取工序是大多数中药的首要环节,也是决定最终药品质量的核心之一。机器学习是推动中药质量标准体系快速建立的潜在手段之一。然而,在中药生产过程中应用机器学习仍然需要面对来自传统制药方法和更加严苛的监管的挑战。本文全面综述了机器学习技术在近二十年的时间里是如何应用于中药提取工序以及其所带来的积极作用。我们的调查将机器学习在中药生产中的应用分为两个方面:生产过程理解和生产过程优化。此外,本文对机器学习在中药生产过程中的应用所带来的挑战进行了阐述,希望为研究人员和中药企业提供新的视角。 The extraction process is the primary step for most traditional Chinese medicines and is also one of the key factors determining the final drug quality.Machine learning is one of the potential means to rapidly establish the quality standards for traditional Chinese medicines.However,the application of machine learning in the production process of traditional Chinese medicines still faces challenges from traditional pharmaceutical methods and stricter regulations.This article comprehensively reviews how machine learning technology has been applied to the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicines over the past two decades and the positive effects it has brought.Our investigation divides the application of machine learning in traditional Chinese medicine production into two aspects:understanding the production process and optimizing the production process.Furthermore,this article elaborates on the challenges brought by the application of machine learning in the production process of traditional Chinese medicines,aiming to provide new perspectives for researchers and traditional Chinese medicine companies.
