MA/AA/DETA三元共聚物缓蚀阻垢剂的制备及机理研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON MA/AA/DETA TERRNARY COPOLYMER CORROSION AND SCALE INHIBITIOR AND ITS MECHANISM

摘要 以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂合成了MA/AA/DETA三元共聚物缓蚀阻垢剂。通过正交实验确定的优化条件为:m(MA)∶m(AA)∶m(DETA)=10∶14∶5,反应温度(80±5)℃,反应时间6 h,阻垢率大于80%,缓蚀率大于85%。利用静态结垢法、SEM扫描电镜、动态腐蚀仪和电化学工作站评价缓蚀阻垢剂的缓蚀阻垢机理,结果表明:阻垢机理主要有螯合作用、分散作用、晶格畸变作用,通过共聚物吸附在金属表面形成保护膜,减少腐蚀因素与金属表面的接触。 Maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-divinethylene triamine copolymer,a corrosion and scale inhibitor,was prepared using maleic anhydride,acrylic acid,divinethylene triamine as monomer,ammonium persulfate as initiator.Through orthogonal experiments and reaction conditions optimization,it was found that when the monomer mass ratio was 10∶14∶5,the reaction temperature was(80±5)℃,and the reaction time was 6 hours,the resulting polymer had the best performance,with a scale inhibition rate of>80%and a corrosion inhibition rate of>85%.The inhibition mechanism of corrosion and scale inhibitor was studied by static scaling method,scanning electron microscope,dynamic corrosion meter and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that its inhibition mechanism mainly consists of chelation,dispersion and lattice distortion.The main corrosion inhibition mechanism is that the copolymers absorbs on the metal surface to form a protective film,which plays a role in corrosion inhibition.
