新疆油田红浅稠油原位气化制氢过程及其影响因素研究

摘要 研究了温度、含水饱和度、氧气体积分数和压力对新疆油田红浅稠油原位气化制氢影响。实验结果表明,温度的增加显著提升气化效率和产氢反应,600℃条件下制氢效率达18.33 mg/g。含水饱和度的升高可以促进水气变换反应产生更多氢气,但达到一定值后不再提高氢气产量。增加氧气体积分数可以显著提高氢气生成,但过高的氧气体积分数会促使氢气生成量下降,50%浓度下制氢效率最高。压力对产气组成有显著影响,较高的压力会增加二氧化碳产量并抑制氢气生成。 The in-situ gasification process of Hongqian heavy oil in Xinjiang oilfield and explored the effects of temperature,water saturation,oxygen concentration,and pressure on it were studied.The results indicated that the increase in temperature significantly improved gasification efficiency and hydrogen production reactions,with a hydrogen generation efficiency of 18.33 mg/g at 600℃.Higher water saturation promotes the water-gas shift reaction,generating more hydrogen gas,but once it reaches a certain level,there is no longer an increase in hydrogen production.The increase in oxygen concentration significantly promotes the production of hydrogen gas.However,excessive oxygen levels lead to a decrease in hydrogen production,with the highest hydrogen production efficiency observed at a concentration of 50%.Pressure significantly affected gas compositions,as higher pressure increases the production of carbon dioxide and suppresses the hydrogen generation.
