社区活动对陕西新开岭省级自然保护区生态环境影响浅析

Impact of Community Activities on the Ecological Environment of Xinkailing Provincial Nature Reserve

自然保护区受周边社区活动严重影响,为了进一步做好陕西新开岭省级自然保护区管理和实施可持续发展策略,协调好保护区与周边社区的关系,我们以社区居民及相关工作人员为对象,重点调查了保护区周边社区活动对自然保护区生态环境的影响,并根据调查结果提出适合该保护区管理的可行性建议。调查结果显示,社区农业活动、盗伐林木、盗猎、采集非木材林产品、采集薪材等行为都会对保护区产生不利影响。新开岭保护区今后应更进一步完善监测体系和巡护制度,加强对野生动植物的保护,开展社区共管。

Nature reserves are seriously affected by the surrounding community activities.In order to maintain the management and implementation of sustainable development strategies in Xinkailing provincial nature reserve,and coordinate the relationship between the protected area and the surrounding community,a rural participatory survey on community residents was conducted,with semi-structured interviews for relevant staff.The focus of the survey is on the impact of community activities around the protected area on the ecological environment of the nature reserve.Community agricultural activities,illegal logging,poaching,collection of non-timber forest products,collection of fuelwoods have a negative impact on protected areas.In light of these impacts,suggestions for improvement were put forward:(1)to build a sound monitoring system;(2)to strengthen the protection of wildlife,and(3)to carry out community co-management mechanism.
