加快建设金融强国是党中央作出的重大战略部署,是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的必然要求。中国已是金融大国,但与金融强国目标要求相比仍有较大差距。加快建设金融强国,要加强党中央对金融工作的集中统一领导,完善党领导金融工作的体制机制;明确发展目标,着重强化服务实体经济、防范化解金融风险和提高金融监管效能;将建设现代金融市场体系作为金融强国建设的首要工作,提升金融市场资源配置功能;推进金融高水平开放,强化内外金融利益关联,大力发展跨境金融基础设施、跨境金融业务和国际金融中心;有效统筹发展和安全,着力实现长期、包容、内外互动的高质量发展,使改革、开放、发展和稳定相互支撑。

Accelerating the construction of a strong financial country is a major strategic deployment made by the Central Commitee of the Communist Party of China,and it is an inevitable requirement for comprehensively building a socialist modernized strong country.China is already a big financial country,but there is stll a significant gap compared to the requirements of a strong financial country.To accelerate the construction of a strong financial country,it is necessary to strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee over financial work,and improve the institutional mechanism for the CPC to lead financial work;clarify development goals,focus on strengthening services to the real economy,preventing and resolving financial risks,and improving financial regulatory efficiency;making the construction of a modern financial market system the primary task of building a strong financial country and enhancing the resource allocation function of the financial market;promote high-level financial opening-up,strengthen the connection between internal and external financial interests,vigorously develop cross-border financial infrastructure,cross-border financial business,and international financial centers;effectively coordinate development and security,focus on achieving high-quality development that is long-term,inclusive,and interacts internally and externally,so that reform,opening up,development,and stability support each other.
