新时代大中小学校高质量发展的基本遵循和实践指向——基于《习近平书信选集(第一卷)》41封书信的文本分析

The Fundamental Principles and Path Selection of High Quality Development of Colleges and Schools in the New Era——Text Analysis Based on 41 Letters from Selected Letters of Xi Jinping(Volume 1)

以《习近平书信选集(第一卷)》为研究对象,选取写给大中小学校及其师生的41封书信,从对象群体、时间节点和书信内容方面进行文本分析。每封书信的字里行间都蕴含着习近平总书记对大中小学校教育的关切,以及对立德树人这一根本任务、对“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题和对教师队伍这个根本力量的深刻阐述。这些重要要求贯穿教育教学全过程,指导大中小学校沿着正确的政治方向有序发展,为新时代大中小学校高质量发展提供了基本遵循。新时代大中小学校要坚持好立德树人这一根本任务,回答好“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题,努力建设好教师队伍。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),President Xi Jinping has written letters to colleges and schools and their teachers and students for many times,which reflect the care,concern and ardent expectations from the CPC Central Committee.Selected Letters of Xi Jinping(Volume 1)was taken as the research object.41 letters were selected,which was written to colleges and schools and their teachers and students.Text analysis was conducted from the aspects of object group,time node and letter content.The words of each letter contain Xi’s concern about education in colleges and schools,as well as his profound elaboration of the fundamental question:what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate people,and for whom to cultivate people.This fundamental problem runs through the whole process of education and teaching,guides the orderly development of colleges and schools along the correct political direction,and provides the fundamental principles for the high-quality development of colleges and schools in the new era.Now,colleges and schools should bear in mind the mission of educating people for the Party and educating talents for the country,persist in taking morality cultivation as the fundamental task,and take cultivating socialist builders and successors as the path to high-quality development.
