从意愿到行为:信息获取对公益社会体育指导员服务参与行为的影响——基于感知价值的高阶调节效应分析

From Willingness to Behavior:Impact of Information Acquisition on Service Participation Behavior of Public Welfare Social Sports Instructors:An Analysis of Higher Order Regulatory Effects Based on Perceived Value

为考察并探讨公益社会体育指导员服务参与意愿影响服务参与行为的前因机制中,信息获取的调节作用以及感知价值的高阶调节效应,通过便利抽样和滚雪球抽样方法对887名公益社会体育指导员进行问卷调查,采用STATA16.0和AMOS24.0对数据进行处理和分析。研究结果显示:(1)服务参与意愿可以显著正向影响服务参与行为,但并非具有服务参与意愿的公益社会体育指导员一定会采取服务参与行为,意愿与行为之间存在背离现象;(2)信息获取在服务参与意愿与服务参与行为之间具有显著调节作用,且较高的信息获取程度会进一步激发公益社会体育指导员的持续参与行为;(3)感知价值对信息获取与服务参与意愿对服务参与行为的交互效应具有高阶调节作用。

In order to investigate the antecedent mechanism of the influence of service participation intention on service participation behavior of public welfare social sports instructors as well as the moderating effect of information acquisition and the higher-order moderating effect of perceived value,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 887 public welfare social sports instructors by convenience sampling and snowball sampling.The data was processed and analyzed by using STATA16.0 and AMOS24.0.It was shown that willingness to participate in services could significantly and positively affect service participation behavior,but public welfare social sports instructors willing to participate in services did not necessarily participate in services.There was a contradiction between willingness and behavior.Information acquisition had a significant moderating effect on service participation willingness and service participation behavior,and a higher degree of information acquisition would further stimulate sustained participation behavior of public welfare social sports instructors.Perceived value had a high-order moderating effect on information acquisition as well as on the mutual effect between service participation willingness and service participation behavior.
