原因阐释与价值取向:中国女子竞技体育成功标准跃迁的回顾和启示

Success of Chinese Women’s Competitive Sports:Reasons and Value Orientation

主要运用历史分析法开展综合研究,回顾中国女子竞技体育价值取向的得与失,探寻中国女子竞技体育成功的原因,以期为中国女子竞技体育更高质量的发展提供合理化建议。研究发现:中国女子竞技体育成功的原因可分为宏观(国家集体主义和全球化视角)、中观(运动项目视角)和微观(个体主义视角)三个层次,中国女子竞技体育发生与发展的价值取向是从国家集体主义到人类集体主义与个人自由主义的统一,有望成为中国竞技体育长期研究的重点内容;新时代中国女子竞技体育从探索走向引领,必须继续坚持和完善我国社会主义特有举国体制的基础,需要实现价值取向多元化与合理化的高度统一,除了要保持成绩资本的持续获得,更需完成自身典型文化形象的树立、阐释与展示的历史使命。

This paper reviews the gains and losses of the value orientation of the Chinese women’s competitive sports through historical analysis,and explores into the reasons for the success of the Chinese women’s competitive sports in order to provide suggestions for its higher quality development.The reasons can be divided into three levels:macro(from the perspective of national collectivism and globalization),meso(from the perspective of sports events)and micro(from the perspective of individualism).The value orientation of the Chinese women’s competitive sports is from the unity of national collectivism to human collectivism and individual liberalism,which is to be the key content of the long-term research.In the new era,to achieve a higher standard,the Chinese women’s competitive sports should aim at unity of diversification and rationalization of value orientation,maintaining high level of performance,building its cultural image,and fulfilling its historical mission.
