中国共产党领导与中国式现代化的内在逻辑

Internal Logic of the Leadership of the Communist Party of Chinaand Chinese Modernization

先发国家一般强调“社会”与“国家”在现代化进程中的主导作用,而后发国家现代化进程中起关键作用的往往是强大的政党领导。中国共产党的领导是中国式现代化的鲜明特征和突出优势。就生成而言,中国式现代化命题的提出与党的历史使命紧密相关,党领导新民主主义革命取得胜利为中国式现代化的开启提供了前提,党进行治国理政推动了中国式现代化道路的形成和发展;就特色而言,中国式现代化的人民性、并联性等特征,与党的价值取向、系统观念等品质息息相关。同时,中国式现代化的推进促使党不断进行变革,在进行自我革命提升自身能力建设的同时,党的执政能力建设和执政水平也在不断得到加强和提高。

Compared with the dominant role of“society”and“state”in the modernization process of developed countries,the strong leadership of the party plays a key role in the modernization process of developing countries.The leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is the distinctive characteristic and prominent advantage of Chinese modernization.In terms of generation,the proposition of Chinese modernization is closely related to the historical mission of the CPC.The great victory of the democratic revolution under the leadership of the CPC has provided the prerequisite for the initiation of Chinese modernization,and the CPC’s governance has promoted the formation and development of Chinese path to modernization.As for the characteristics,the traits of Chinese modernization,such as people-centeredness,parallelism,are closely associated with the CPC’s qualities such as value orientation and system concept.At the same time,the advancement of Chinese modernization prompts the CPC to make continuous changes,and the CPC’s governance level and capability have been strengthened and enhanced,while the CPC promotes self-revolution and improves its own capacity building.
