老年群体阅读推广创新路径研究--以鞍山市图书馆老年阅读推广工作为例

Research on Innovative Ways of Reading Promotion for the Elderly:Taking the Elderly Reading Promotion of Anshan Library as an Example

[目的/意义]推广老年群体阅读是全民阅读工作的重要组成部分。特别是在我国人口严重老龄化的时代背景下,老年群体的阅读需求持续增长。不断拓展老年群体阅读推广服务范围,创新服务路径,推广老年阅读是公共图书馆的重要责任。[方法/过程]以东北小城鞍山市老龄化严重的情况作为背景,以鞍山市图书馆为例,分析鞍山市图书馆在老年群体阅读推广工作方面的创新举措:走进社区,延伸公共图书馆服务半径;走进养老院,让阅读推广活动贴近特殊老年群体;走近病床,“对面朗读”让阅读推广更有温度;走近黑暗,向老年视障读者免费借阅“阳光听书郎”移动阅读机。[结果/结论]基于鞍山市图书馆的案例,提出公共图书馆老年读者阅读推广服务提升策略:注重活动设计,契合老年群体的实际需求;突破图书馆阵地局限,延伸公共文化服务半径;联合社会力量,丰富阅读推广服务主体;招募老年阅读推广人,充实人才队伍;强化宣传,推广服务品牌。

[Purpose/significance]The promotion of group reading for the elderly is an important part of the national reading work.Especially in the age background of the serious aging of our country’s population,the reading demand of the aged group is increasing continuously.It is the important responsibility of the public library to expand the service scope,innovate the service path and promote the reading of the aged group.[Method/process]Based on the background of the serious aging problem of Anshan in northeast China,and taking the Anshan Library as an example,this study analyzed the innovative measures taken by Anshan Library in the promotion of reading for the elderly:entering the community and extending the service radius of the public library;going into the nursing home and make the reading promotion activities close to the special elderly groups;approaching the sickbed and“reading from the opposite side”makes reading promotion more warm;walking into the darkness and borrow the“Sunshine Listener”mobile reader from the elderly visually impaired readers for free.[Result/conclusion]Based on the case of Anshan Library,this study puts forward the strategies for improving the reading promotion service for elderly readers in public libraries:focusing on activity design to meet the actual needs of the elderly;breaking through the limitation of library position and extend the radius of public cultural service;combining social forces to enrich the main body of reading promotion service;recruiting senior reading promoters and enriching the talent team;strengthening publicity and promoting service brands.
