基于机动车电子识别技术和移动通信终端近场身份识别技术,结合现有车辆卫星定位系统及车内视频信息,构筑集车辆信息、人员信息、所属企业信息和通行信息为一体的出租车监管系统,实现车辆身份精确识别、车内人员信息精准获取。通过比对车辆基础信息和驾驶员注册信息,有效解决拒载、绕路、人车不符、黑车、套牌车的问题,完善出租车监管,保障乘客出行安全,提升出租车行业的服务水平,为道路运输管理机构高效快捷的路检路查、户检户查和精准执法提供依据。

Based on motor vehicle electronic identification technology and mobile communication terminal near-field identification technology,combined with existing vehicle satellite positioning system and in-car video information,a rental vehicle supervision system integrating vehicle information,personnel information,affiliated enterprise information and traffic information is constructed to achieve accurate identification of vehicle identity and acquisition of information about people in the vehicle.By comparing basic vehicle information and driver registration information,it can effectively solve the problems of refused rides,detours,inconsistencies between people and vehicles,illegal vehicles and fake plate vehicles,improve rental vehicle supervision,and ensure passenger travel safety,to enhance the service level of the rental vehicle industry,and to provide a basis for efficient and fast road inspection,household inspection and precise law enforcement for road transport management agencies.
