The Application of Key Technologies About Smart Expressway Construction and Operation Management System

智慧高速公路是新一代智能交通系统的重要组成部分和体现形式,基于现有高速公路进行智慧化提升改造是一种可行的智慧高速公路构建技术路线。围绕智慧高速公路改扩建与运营管理问题,提出了高速公路智慧化发展的“一个特征、两个维度、四个层次”,并从道路精细化主动管控、基于多源感知的精准服务、安全架构建立、云控系统管理等方面提出智慧高速公路关键技术运用及实施路径。

Smart expressways are important component and manifestation of the new generation of intelligent transportation systems.Intelligent upgrading and renovation based on existing expressways is a feasible technical route for constructing smart expressways.Focusing on the issues of smart expressway renovation,expansion,and operation management,the smart expressway development concept of“one feature,two dimensions,and four levels”has been proposed.In addition,key technologies and implementation paths for smart expressways have been proposed from the aspects of refined and active road control,precise services based on the multi-source perception,establishment of security architecture,and cloud control system management.
