高校食品专业实验室安全管理体系的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration on the Safety Management System of Food Laboratories in Colleges and Universities

鉴于当前国内高校食品类实验室普遍存在环境复杂、安全隐患多、人员安全意识相对薄弱等特点,对食品科学与工程专业实验室安全关键要素进行了归纳总结,并以吉林大学食品科学与工程学院实验中心的安全管理体系为例,分别从实验室安全管理制度、安全教育、环境和设施、安全防护、安全检查等方面进行了实践与探索,以期为高校食品类实验室的安全管理提供参考依据。

In view of the complex environment,many potential safety hazards,and relatively weak safety awareness of experimental personnel in the current college food laboratories,the key safety factors that affected the food science and engineering laboratories was analyzed.Based on the safety management system of experimental center of college of food science and engineering in Jilin university,series of measures to better manage the laboratory safety were summarized,including management system,safety education,environment and facilities,safety protection and safety inspection.The present paper is expected to provide a reference for the safety management of food laboratories in colleges and universities.
