绿色信贷对浙江省产业结构升级影响

Impact of Green Credit on Upgrading of Industrial Structure in Zhejiang Province

我国生态环境的可持续发展问题是发展绿色经济的当务之急。“十三五”规划中强调了“创新”“协调”“绿色”“开放”“共享”五大发展理念。运用2005-2019年浙江省的数据,使用随机效应模型等方法,从微观层面揭示浙江省绿色信贷对经济发展的影响机理,得出了浙江省绿色信贷水平、财政投入水平、居民受教育程度对浙江省产业结构合理化升级具有一定的促进作用的结论,并基于以上研究结论提出了扩大绿色融资渠道和绿色资金来源、进一步支持环保行业、搭建高效的绿色信息交流平台、提高公众在绿色经济的参与度等措施来推动绿色信贷的发展。

The sustainable development of China's ecological environment is an urgent task for the development of green economy.The 13th Five-Year Plan emphasizes the five development concepts of"innovation","coordination","green","openness"and"sharing".Based on the data of Zhejiang Province from 2005 to 2019,this paper uses random effects model and other methods to reveal the influence mechanism of green credit on economic development in Zhejiang Province from the micro level.It concludes that the level of green credit,the level of fiscal investment,and the level of education of residents in Zhejiang Province have certain promoting effects on the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure in Zhejiang Province.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes measures to expand green financing channels and sources of green funds,further support environmental protection industries,build efficient green information exchange platforms,and increase public participation in the green economy to promote the development of green credit.
