This article discusses the basic situation of the energy utilization report and the national deployment of this work,analyzes the problems existing in the energy utilization report under the"Double Carbon"goal in combination with the latest requirements of the"Double Carbon"work,and puts forward several thoughts in order to promote the implementation of the energy utilization report work to play a catalytic role in achieving the"Double Carbon"goal.
