多模态超声联合磁共振检查在乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用探析

Application of Multimodal Ultrasound Combined with MRI in Differential Diagnosis of Breast Tumors

目的:探讨多模态超声联合磁共振(MRI)检查在乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中的临床效果。方法:选取我院2020年5月至2023年2月收治的90例乳腺占位性病变患者作为研究对象,分析其临床资料与影像学表现,以病理检查为金标准,评价多模态超声联合MRI诊断乳腺肿瘤的效能。结果:90例乳腺占位性病变患者中,良性病灶63例,恶性病灶27例;多模态超声联合MRI检查的检出率高于单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中运用多模态超声联合MRI检查可有效检出乳腺良、恶性疾病,该检查方式具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:to study the clinical effect of multimodal ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diferential diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods:a total of 90 patients with breast space-occupying lesions admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to February 2020 were 2023.Their clinical data and imaging findings were analyzed,to evaluate the efficacy of multimodal ultrasound combined with MRI in the diagnosis of breast tumors.Results:in 90 cases of breast space occupying lesions,63 cases were benign lesions,27 cases were malignant lesions,the detection rate of multimodal ultrasound combined with MRI was higher than that of single examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):Conclusion:multimodal ultrasound combined with MRI can effectively detect benign and malignant breast diseases in the differential diagnosis of breast tumors.
