游离型腰椎间盘突出症应用MRI与CT联合诊断技术的效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Combined MRI and CT Diagnostic Techniques for Free Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探究游离型腰椎间盘突出症应用MRI与CT联合诊断技术的实际效果。方法:选择经我医院在2020年1月至2023年1月进行诊断治疗的游离型腰椎间盘突出症患者作为分析对象,共60例。所有纳入对象均进行CT和MRI诊断。以手术病理结果作为诊断“金标准”,对比分析MRI与CT检查后的征象表现,CT检查、MRI检查、CT联合MRI检查的诊断效能。结果:CT和MRI检查征象中的患者神经根受压占比率比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),而两种检查方法在脊髓变性、椎间盘变性、钙化、积气、硬脊膜受压占比率比较存在差异性显著(P<0.05)。MRI与CT联合诊断游离型腰椎间盘突出症的灵敏度、特异度、准确率高于单一CT诊断和单一MRI诊断。结论:MRI和CT在游离型腰椎间盘突出症诊断中具有一定的应用价值,相较于单一MRI或CT诊断,联合诊断能进一步提升诊断效能,诊断价值更高,为后续临床治疗提供更为有力的参考依据,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the practical effect of using MRI and CT combined diagnosis technology for free lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty patients with free lumbar disc herniation diagnosed and treated by our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the analysis subjects.All included subjects underwent CT and MRI diagnosis.Using surgical and pathological results as the“gold standard”for diagnosis,compare and analyze the signs and manifestations after MRI and CT examination,and evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of CT examination,MRI examination,and CT combined with MRI examination.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of nerve root compression in the CT and MRI examination of patient signs(P>0.05),while the two examination methods showed significant differences in the proportion of spinal cord degeneration,intervertebral disc degeneration,calcification,pneumatosis,and dural compression(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the combined diagnosis of MRI and CT for free lumbar disc herniation are higher than those of single CT diagnosis and single MRI diagnosis.Conclusion:MRI and CT have certain application value in the diagnosis of free lumbar disc herniation.Compared to single MRI or CT diagnosis,combined diagnosis can further improve diagnostic efficiency and have higher diagnostic value.It provides a more powerful reference basis for subsequent clinical treatment and is worth promoting.
