基于新工科背景下的“食品工厂设计”课程教学改革探析

摘要 采用问卷调查了解目前“食品工厂设计”课程的教学现状,结合新工科教育背景,探讨“食品工厂设计”课程教学改革的思路.传统的教学中,学生的学习方法和课程的教学方式、课程内容和教学资料均需要进行调整,以满足学生的学习需求.基于新工科建设的“五新”内容,从重构课程内容、改革教学方式、融入思政元素三个方面探讨了“食品工厂设计”课程教学改革的策略,以提高学生的工程实践能力,培养具有创新性、应用型的复合型人才. The present teaching situation of the Food Factory Design course was reflected by a questionnaire survey.Meanwhile,combined with the background of new engineering education,the idea of teaching reform of Food factory Design course was discussed in the paper.In the teaching of this course,the learning method of students and the teaching method,course content and teaching materials provided by the course needed to be adjusted to satisfy the learning needs of students.Based on the five new contents of new engineering construction,this paper discussed the teaching reform strategy of Food Factory Design course from three aspects:reconstructing course content,reforming teaching method and integrating ideological and political elements,so as to improve the engineering practice ability of students and cultivate innovative and application-oriented interdisciplinary talents.
