摘要 战略性非金属矿产是指对经济高质量发展和国家安全至关重要的非金属矿产,对促进战略性新兴产业发展、支撑制造强国的实现具有重要作用。对列入我国的4种战略性非金属矿在全球的储量及产能情况进行了统计,对资源形势和供给风险进行了研判,即:磷矿和石墨是我国的优势矿产;萤石由优势矿产转变为紧缺矿产;钾盐是我国的短缺矿产,对外依存度较高。从新工艺、新技术和新设备等方面对4种战略性非金属矿产的加工技术研究进展进行了总结,旨在为我国战略性非金属矿产的合理高效开发和资源安全保障提供参考。 Strategic non-metallic minerals refer to non-metallic minerals that are crucial for high-quality economic development and national security.They play an important role in promoting the development of strategic emerging industries and supporting the realization of manufacturing country.The global reserves and productivity of four strategic non-metallic minerals listed in China are counted,and the resource situation and supply risk are judged.That is,phosphate ore and graphite are the dominant minerals in China;fluorite ore has changed from dominant minerals to scarce minerals;potassium salt is the scarce mineral in China,with a relatively high degree of external dependence.The progress of processing technology for four strategic non-metallic minerals from the aspects of new processes,new technologies,and new equipment are summarized,so as to provide reference for rational and efficient development of strategic non-metallic minerals and resource safety guarantee in China.
