摘要
硫化铜矿的选别工艺以浮选为主,黄铜矿与黄铁矿可浮性相似是二者难以分离的根本原因。总结了硫化铜矿浮选分离技术的研究现状,介绍了优先浮铜工艺、铜硫混浮-再磨-铜硫分离工艺、分支串流浮选工艺、等可浮工艺和部分优先-混合浮选工艺的特点,综述了硫化铜矿捕收剂和黄铁矿抑制剂的分类及优缺点,并展望了铜硫浮选分离技术与药剂的发展方向。
The separation process of copper-sulfide is mainly based on flotation,and the similarity in floatability between chalcopyrite and pyrite is the fundamental reason why they are difficult to separate.This paper summarizes the research progress of flotation separation technology of copper-sulfide,introduces the characteristics of preferential flotation process,copper-sulfur floating-regrinding copper-sulfur separation process,branch flow flotation process,equiflotation process and partial preferential flotation process,summarizes the classification,advantages and disadvantages of copper sulfide collector and pyrite inhibitor,and looks forward to the development direction of copper-sulfur flotation separation technology and reagents.
