健康中国背景下高等体育院校搭建运动营养服务平台的运行保障机制研究

Research on the Operational Guarantee Mechanism of Establishing Sports Nutrition Service Platform in Higher Physical Education Institutions under the Background of Healthy China

为探索健康中国战略和国家大数据战略下,运动健康与大数据结合的发展机遇,深入研究高等体育院校搭建运动营养服务平台的运行保障机制,本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对高等体育院校搭建运动营养服务平台的必要性、平台的设计理念与基本功能、平台搭建的关键要素以及平台的运行保障机制进行探讨。研究认为,运动营养服务平台的搭建与运行保障机制是多层次、多方面的复杂工程,进一步深化完善政策法规、建立多元化的筹资和融资渠道、建设网络安全屏障、完善科技和人才体系以及构建系统性的评估反馈机制等多维度密切协作才能保障运动营养服务平台平稳、高效运行并不断优化。

To explore the developmental opportunities arising from the integration of sports health and big data under the“Healthy China”strategy and the national big data strategy,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation into the operational guarantee mechanisms for constructing sports nutrition service platforms in higher sports institutions.By using the methods such as literature review and logical analysis,the study explores the necessity of building sports nutrition service platforms in higher sports institutions,the design principles and fundamental functions of the platform,key elements in platform construction,and the operational guarantee mechanisms.The research contends that the construction and operational guarantee mechanisms of sports nutrition service platforms constitute a complex,multi-level,and multifaceted endeavor.To ensure the smooth and efficient operation,as well as continuous optimization of sports nutrition service platforms,it is imperative to further deepen and refine policies and regulations,establish diverse funding and financing channels,construct network security barriers,enhance technology and talent systems,and develop a systematic evaluation feedback mechanism through close collaboration across multiple dimensions.
